I am a passionate social worker and founder of Saksham Foundation – Saksham Special School, Dombivli East, dedicated to empowering children and young adults with intellectual disabilities. Through Saksham Foundation, I work towards providing special education, life-skills training, vocational training and opportunities for self-reliance to children with special needs. Our aim is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every child can learn, develop their abilities, build confidence and participate meaningfully in society. I have been associated with the disability sector for over 15 years and have a strong commitment to community development, education, women empowerment and social welfare. My vision is to ensure that every child, regardless of disability, gets the right opportunities, dignity, respect and a chance to become as independent as possible.
