# [Group Name] — Circle Rules ## Membership - Members must be genuine business owners or professionals. - One business per category — no two members in the same category (to protect referrals). - Membership is non-transferable. - [Optional] Membership fee: ₹[amount] [monthly/quarterly/yearly]. ## Meetings - We meet [weekly/fortnightly] on [day] at [time] ([in-person/online]). - Attendance is expected. Tell the organiser 24 hours ahead if you can't attend. - Missing 3 meetings in a row without notice may cost your seat. ## Referrals - Give a referral only when you genuinely trust the member's work. - Do not poach each other's clients. - Record referrals so the circle can see the business it generates. ## Conduct - Treat everyone with respect — no discrimination, harassment or hard selling. - Keep circle business confidential. - Disputes are resolved by the organiser, whose decision is final.

Hi [Name] 👋 I'm starting a small business networking circle for [city/area] — a group of non-competing business owners who meet [weekly/fortnightly] to pass each other referrals. I'd like you in it as our [their category] member (one seat per category, so it'd be yours). We run it on NRG Circle (free) — profiles, meetings and referral tracking in one app. First meeting: [date, time, place]. Can you make it?
