New-member onboarding checklist
For circle organisers welcoming a new member.
- Send a warm welcome message and the meeting schedule
- Ask them to complete their business profile (services, contact, photo)
- Confirm their business category — one per category, so it's theirs
- Introduce them to the circle at the next meeting
- Pair them with an existing member for a first one-to-one
- Share the circle rules and how referrals are tracked
- Set their member-fee status (if your circle charges a fee)
- Check in after their first two meetings
