Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the NRG Circle Pro subscription and in-platform community membership fees.

1. Pro subscription

NRG Circle Pro is a digital subscription billed at ₹99/month via Razorpay. New users may start a 14-day free trial; you are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel Pro at any time from Upgrade → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period; access is not extended or refunded for the unused remainder of that period.

3. Refunds

Because Pro is a digital service delivered immediately, monthly charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. As an exception, if you were charged in error or due to a technical fault, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

4. Community membership fees

Where a Chapter collects membership fees in-platform, those fees are set and owned by the Chapter owner. Refunds for membership fees are at the discretion of the Chapter owner and governed by that Chapter’s rules. NRG Circle facilitates the payment but is not the merchant of record for Chapter fees.
