Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NRG Circle (the “Platform”), a business networking service operated by NRG Circle (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed. You agree to provide accurate information.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or unlawful content; harass, spam, or impersonate others; scrape or misuse data; circumvent fees or limits; or use the Platform for any illegal purpose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Memberships, communities & reviews

Communities (“Chapters”) are operated by their owners/admins, who set their own rules and membership fees. NRG Circle provides the software but is not a party to disputes between members or chapters. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Referrals are scoped to the community in which they are given.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is an optional paid subscription (₹99/month, or ₹990/year) billed via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund terms. Plan features and pricing may change with notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Chapter membership fees, where collected in-platform, are subject to the chapter’s own terms. Taxes (e.g. GST) may apply.

6. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Platform. The Platform’s software, branding and design are owned by NRG Circle.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the conduct of members, or any business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Certain provisions survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction where NRG Circle is registered.
